Arts in Mission (Artsim) came out of a vision in 1994 in which artists were seen to welcome one another into God's presence, making no distinction between professional and amateur, male and female, young and old. They were to care for one another and use their creative gifts in healing and sharing the message of God's love in Christ, in the life of the Church and in the secular world.
